Summer is the busiest time of the year for DABBA. All starts in early spring with seeds and seedlings to provide the most powerful plants for DABBA formulas. Taking care and collecting the plants, controlling and managing the processes of distilling and drying – it all happens only during the short three months of Nordic summer.
And there is no detailed planning possible as mother nature is in charge of everything! We cannot do any better than trust in nature - "nature knows what it does"
If you are coming to visit us in summer, most probably there will be a table in the middle of the meadow and we’ll be drinking lemonades made of locally foraged plants while talking about the joys everyday life and inspiration in simple things around us.
